I finally developed some film from my trip home to California in early July. I took these photos at Bolinas Lagoon and at Agate Beach, a small one in Bolinas, respectively. (taken with the Voigtlander Bessa 66)

I made a pilgrimage to brooklyn today to pick up my beer-making ingredients. I decided to bus down to the brooklyn bridge and then walk across, not realizing how damn hot it was going to be today. Eventually I found the flea market (which was literally under the shade of the bridge), and picked the stuff up. Now i'm brewing beer...
I realize that none of these images actually illustrates margaritas, but then again besides drinking, most of our night was spent critiquing photography and dreaming about rock and roll...
went to the whitney and the met today. saw some very inspiring things - I really loved Sadie Benning's 'Play Pause' video. the only thing that bugged me was how damn crowded the Francis Bacon exhibit was.
I've been organizing and archiving my zillions of photos...This one is from October of last year and is the nighttime view of Union Square from the 9th floor of the Carlyle dorms.
I had the urge to go as far away from home as i could while riding the subway, so I rode the 6 train to the end of the line. Who knows if this was actually the farthest i could go... Walked around Pelham Bay Park for a while.
